Whether or not they start with "ph", The Association will never ask for your Social Security Number and all email newsletters and fax promotions include unsubscription instructions. Upon request we provide authorized members with access codes to update club specific information (e.g., Calendar Reservation Requests, Club Officers, and Club Website Updates, etc. Additionally, we provide access codes to the general membership to access General Meeting Minutes, Treasurer’s Reports, Charter Information and other Types of information) that we maintain within a our website.
